Automessage Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Automessage collects, why it is used, how long it is
retained, and how you can request deletion.
1. Controller and contact
Automessage is a Discord application operated to provide automatic messages, a web dashboard,
and BOB_IA suggestions. For any data question or request, contact support:
https://discord.gg/g3xeYdbXXg.
2. Data we collect
Automessage only collects data needed for the bot to work:
- dashboard login data from Discord: user id, username, avatar, accessible servers, and temporary OAuth tokens;
- server data: server id, name, icon, owner, configurable channels, and required permissions;
- automessage configurations: message content, channel, interval, activation, sticky mode, embed mode, emoji, webhook id, and webhook token;
- embed customization: title, color, image, footer, and options linked to the automatic message;
- Premium data: generated Premium key, selected plan, activation status, activation server, activation and renewal dates;
- BOB_IA data: interests, notification destination, generated suggestions, approvals, rejections, and counters;
- technical data: dashboard session cookies, error logs, failed send attempts, and information needed for security.
Automessage never asks for your Discord password and does not collect the general message
history of your server. Stored content is the content you configure or validate in the bot.
3. Why we use this data
Data is used to:
- connect the dashboard to Discord and verify your permissions;
- show only the servers you are allowed to manage;
- create, edit, send, pause, or delete automatic messages;
- send messages through webhooks and operate sticky mode;
- generate a Premium key after PayPal approval and link that key to the server that activates it;
- display Premium status, plan, activation date, and renewal in the dashboard;
- generate, send, and improve BOB_IA suggestions based on staff feedback;
- detect errors, protect the service, and provide support.
4. Premium data and PayPal
Premium payments are processed by PayPal. Automessage does not store card numbers, bank
account details, or full payment information. PayPal may provide the information needed to
confirm payment, such as a subscription or transaction id, the relevant plan, and validation
status.
Automessage uses this information to create a Premium key, verify that it has not already
been used, activate Premium on one Discord server, and display the active plan in the
dashboard. Premium keys, their status, the activation server, and related dates may be
retained to prevent fraud, handle support, and manage Premium rights.
5. Sharing and service providers
Automessage does not sell your data. Some data may be shared only when needed to operate
the service:
- with Discord, through Discord APIs, for authentication, permissions, channels, webhooks, and message sending;
- with PayPal, to process Premium payments, subscriptions, approvals, cancellations, or disputes;
- with hosting, database, or security providers used to run Automessage;
- with AI providers used for BOB_IA, to generate suggestions from strictly necessary information;
- with competent authorities when required by law.
6. Cookies and dashboard sessions
The dashboard uses a session cookie to keep the user signed in with Discord. OAuth tokens
are used to load servers and verify permissions. The session is temporary and can be ended
with the logout button.
7. Retention
Server configurations are retained while they are needed for enabled features. Automessages,
embeds, webhooks, and BOB_IA settings remain stored until they are deleted from the dashboard,
through a Discord command, or by contacting support.
Premium data is retained while needed to provide Premium access, verify key activation,
handle support, prevent fraud, or comply with our obligations.
Dashboard sessions are temporary. Technical logs and errors are retained only as long as
needed for diagnosis, security, and service improvement.
8. Control, deletion, and user requests
You can control Automessage data in several ways:
- delete an automatic message from the dashboard or management command;
- delete BOB_IA configuration from the dashboard or Discord;
- remove Automessage from the server to stop future processing;
- contact support for a question related to a Premium key, activated server, or PayPal payment;
- request deletion of remaining data through support, with the relevant server id and/or user id.
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time unless temporary retention is
required for legal, security, or abuse-resolution reasons.
9. Security
Automessage uses permission checks, sessions, access restrictions, and limited storage
practices to reduce risks. No system is perfect: please report any issue to support quickly.
10. Minors
Automessage is intended for Discord users and follows Discord's applicable age requirements.
The application is not designed to knowingly collect children's data.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or Discord
requirements. The updated date identifies the currently published version.
