Automessage Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules that apply when you add, configure, or use
Automessage on Discord and on automessages.gg.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using Automessage, you agree to these Terms, the Automessage Privacy Policy,
and the applicable Discord terms and policies.
You must be authorized to configure the application on the relevant Discord server.
The dashboard restricts access to users who have Manage Messages and Manage Webhooks,
or an equivalent authorization level.
2. Service description
Automessage lets you create and manage automatic messages, embeds, webhooks,
sticky mode, and BOB_IA suggestions to help Discord servers maintain regular activity.
Some actions may create or use Discord webhooks, store message configurations, send posts
into selected channels, or send suggestions to the server owner or to a staff channel.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Automessage to:
- send spam, harassment, deceptive content, or malicious content;
- publish illegal, dangerous, sexually explicit, or adult-restricted content;
- bypass Discord permissions, limits, safety tools, or rules;
- violate third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights;
- disrupt the bot, the dashboard, or Discord APIs.
Content configured in Automessage remains the responsibility of the server and of the
people who have management permissions.
4. BOB_IA suggestions
BOB_IA is an idea-generation assistant. Suggestions may be imperfect, incomplete, or
unsuitable for your community. Staff members should review and validate messages before
publication when a validation action is available.
5. Availability and changes
Automessage is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service available, but we do
not guarantee permanent availability or the absence of errors, interruptions, or
configuration loss.
We may modify, suspend, or remove features when needed for security, maintenance,
compliance, or product evolution.
6. Suspension or removal of access
We may limit or remove access to Automessage for a server or user in case of abuse,
violation of these Terms, security risk, or a legitimate request from Discord or a
competent authority.
7. Data and privacy
Using Automessage involves processing certain Discord data and server configurations.
Collection, use, retention, and deletion are described in our
Privacy Policy.
8. Relationship with Discord
Automessage is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc. Discord
remains a third-party service with its own terms, policies, and rules.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the bot, dashboard, legal obligations,
or Discord requirements. The updated date identifies the currently published version.
